We started opening doors officially as a business in 2017 and have not looked back since. At Diaz Painting Company we are a family owned, father and son painting business with over 25 years of experience delivering high quality residential and commercial painting services.

  • Owner

    Thomas began his painting career in 1997, specializing in custom wood finishing—cabinets, dressers, and more. In 2002, five years later, TJ joined the painters union, working under AT Switzer, where he began learning everything about professional painting. The detail and care that goes into it all.

    Over the next 17 years, became a lead foreman within the union, managing major projects such as the 2 Light Tower, Hollywood Casino, and many others. His ability to run jobs efficiently and effectively laid the foundation for his next big step. In 2017, he founded Diaz Painting Company, which continues to grow and serve clients with excellence to this day.

  • Lead Painter


    Austin has been a professional painter since 2019, beginning his journey while attending community college to earn his associate’s degree. During that time, he started helping his father, a seasoned painter and business owner, which sparked his passion for the trade. What began as part-time work quickly turned into a full-time career that he’s now proud to be building alongside his family.

    Since then, Austin has developed a strong commitment to craftsmanship while also focusing on attention to detail, maintaining clean and organized job sites, and consistently delivering high-quality results. His long-term goal is to not only carry on the legacy his father started, but to help expand and grow the business by reaching more clients and taking on larger, more ambitious projects in the future.
